This disclaimer, as well as access to and use of the Site are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to this disclaimer, or to access and use of the Site, the Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction, at the Bank’s choice. However, if the User is classified as a “Consumer”, the competent court shall be that of his/her residence or elected domicile, provided that such place is located in the territory of the Italian Republic.
In order to comply with the compulsory mediation obligations provided for by Legislative Decree no. 28/2010, before resorting to the judicial authority, the User (and Banca CF+) shall carry out the mediation procedure, as a condition for proceeding, by appealing to the Co.Re. Com. with territorial jurisdiction.
