  • Posizione

    Banca CF+ is looking for a Data Governance Intern in Rome to support the organization in managing corporate data, ensuring its quality, accessibility, and traceability through advanced cataloging and data lineage tools.


    The candidate will carry out the following activities:


    • Support Data Owners in data management by providing training and guidelines.
    • Draft and maintain a DataZone user manual, facilitating the adoption of the platform as the corporate Data Catalog.
    • Ensure the active enrichment of the Data Catalog, collecting and validating key data information such as location, meaning, and usage rules.
    • Define and maintain Data Quality rules, supporting the Data Lineage process, ensuring complete traceability and reliability of data flows within the Bank.
    • Collaborate with IT and Business teams to promote data governance and improve data management across the organization.

  • Requisiti

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, and similar quantitative subjects;
    • Ability to work with both technical and business teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions;
    • Proactive mindset, autonomy, and willingness to contribute to the growth of a data-driven culture within the organization.


    Nice to have:


    • Previous experience in the lending and/or Fintech industry is welcome;
    • Knowledge of Data Catalog and Data Lineage tools, preferably AWS DataZone or similar solution;
    • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysing data;
    • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.);
    • Personal projects on GitHub related to data management and analysis.
